3. If all products wanted are in the cart, click "CHECK OUT". Then fill in your shipping information (Note: For a successful delivery, please make sure the email address and phone number provided are contactable and the shipping address is clear and available).
4. Click "CONTINUE TO SHIPPING METHOD" to move on next page. Fill in a discount code if you got one and click "Apply"(discount codes are offered timely, please kindly keep an eye out for the activities announcement on the header of our website). Click "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD" to the next step.
5. Choose your payment method and billing address (Note: If you’d like to pay with the credit card, please confirm that the billing address is associated with it). Click "Complete order" and finish the payment. The order is done.
In general, an email with order information will be sent to you automatically once you placed an order successfully. If not, please email our Customer Service at email@example.com for help.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apply Pay as well as payment by PayPal. Personal checks, COD or money orders are not acceptable.

If your order is paid successfully, you cannot change it directly on your end.

We ship orders from Monday through Friday. Your order will be shipped within 10 business days after the order is confirmed.
Your order would be shipped from the warehouse in China. The delivery time varies depending on the carrier provider, shipping destination and customs. In normal, the parcel will arrive 10-30 days after the tracking number is updated.
1. If you place an order during the weekend or national holiday, we will process and ship your order on the next business day.
2. To ensure safe delivery, a physical address in English is required.
3. We will not re-send the product with free shipping or issue a refund if the following cases take place: the shipping carrier fails to deliver the order and the package is returned to the sender for the reason of wrong address provided, no recipient home for a long time, or moved without notifying us.

Currently, we ship orders to most of the countries around the world. For some destinations that the logistic provide no service, we will email you right away and make necessary changes to your order.

Returns & Exchanges
1. If you have received a stained, defective item or an item you did not order, please contact Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days from receiving your order. If the order is received over 30 days, we do not offer any refund or exchange.
2. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
3. Only items purchased directly from www.imutrics.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
4. Returned items must be in the same condition as we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged. Returns must be shipped prepaid.
5. Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products due to customer mishandling.
6. Before the return, we need your cooperation to check out the product first. We do not accept returned items that are sent back directly without communication.
After we have received your return, it will take up to 7 business days to process the refund. We will offer a full refund on all items you returned (exclude return shipping fee and unreturnable items). Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. We offer a 1-year warranty for all quality-related issues.
